Real Life Bliss
Bliss; supreme happiness, spiritual joy.
Now that we have that out of the way, is this realistic? I mean.. What is this happiness thing all about? I am sure this thought has crossed your mind as much as it has mine. Definitions have been tossed around for centuries and many of them lead back to the same idea which is that every person has their own definition.
I have to tried to make sense of ‘Real Life Bliss, trying to understand what really brings me pleasure and its tough! It’s easy to say money, love, friendship, and all that good stuff bring happiness, but does it really?
I think it safe to say that all of that is B.S. What I do know are the things that DON’T cause happiness. I am sure many of you are familiar with that one common element of life that affects everyone… It’s a physical, mental, and emotional strain that gets us every time.. Recognize your buddy, STRESS?
Ever thought about what makes up life? Such as the inevitable. Life is not perfect, EVERYONE has established that. However, it seems that although we know this, we still allow the stupidness and problems of life get the best of us. We dramatize and STRESS things that we don’t have any control over. At the end of day, through the tears or the pulling out of the hair, the problem is still there and most of the time it will stay there. So why Stress?

Merde (excuse my French) is going to happen! Let it, breathe and go on with your life. “God allows us to experience the low points of life in order to teach us lessons we could not learn in any other way. The way we learn those lessons is not to deny the feelings but to find the meanings underlying them.”
- Stanley Lindquist quotes
Once you have accomplished this, you are one step closer to happiness.
